I don't think I've posted anything here yet. I've been following a LC/MP/HF diet since last summer. Initially I said goodbye to 10 pounds, but then they came right back. I admit I was cheating on the weekends with alcohol or some form of carbs at a meal or two. But then I was strict again during the week. I found the bloodsugarthinktank group and that led me here and I think Heather here also gave me an early intro to FF on the gluten-free WAP group? Anyway, I finally decided FF was safe enough and I was healthy enough to give it a try. I've lost at least three pounds (my scales are ancient) in about a week without feeling anything more than a little hunger in the morning. So I'm off to delve into the Files section of this group and discover whether or not there's a book to read, etc. Just wanted to report my success. I mentioned on the bloodsugar group this morning that I feel like I've finally cracked my body's code and detected how to get it to release excess fat. WooHoo! Hoping it continues! Lisa W |
