Very well put. Whether his peers recognize him or not, P has made his indelible & eternal mark YEARS ago. He will definitely be immortalized with Hendrix when he's gone. But no one can take away our dude's legacy. No matter how many so-called "writers" call him an 80's superstar. The only thing P cares about now is making us (the fam) happy. And that's good enough 4 me.
