I agree. Also allow a month for things to settle down. You body is going through an adjustment period, and the hormones etc. need to adjust.

(among other things) Remember 1 gallon of water weighs over 8 pounds - so if your getting your water your numbers can be off. I find weighing once a week helps - this way I am not obsessing over the little gains once in a while. Because they just happen sometimes - it doesn't necessarily mean your gaining fat. (Did I mention muscle weighs more than fat too? So if your exercising and you gain muscle - it's entirely possibly to gain a pound.)Basically - use the scale sure - but also use the fit of your cloths - if your cloths are getting tighter - THEN freak.
