Re: [fast5] Very hungry lately

About 2 and a half weeks.  I must admit, last weekend was the first weekend i could stick with it because on weekends we normally have a lot of vistors who want to go out and to explain Fast 5 to them is more than I can deal with right now.

The past three days I have been ravenously hungry before my window, to
the point of headache. My window begins at 5:00. I have been
following Fast 5 for two and a half weeks. I am definitely getting
enough calories in during my window, sometimes too many. Am I missing
nutrients? What could be the cause of my hunger? I think I am just
destined to be a big girl.
