What we use here is NeilMed Sinus rinse. It is over the counter and
can be used with any medication. Here is the website for more
information: www.neilmed.
I am not sure if you remember in the olden days when grandma had you
sniff salt water up your nose (I highly don't recommend this as the
iodized salt can cause damage to the sinuses). NeilMed Sinus Rinse is
not painful at all but it takes a little getting use to. They have a
childrens one too, but our now 15yo daughter has been using the adult
formula since she was 12. You should be able to get it at any
Walgreens, CVS, Rite Aide, etc. I am not sure If I've seen it at
Target or Wal-mart, but it's worth a look.
Take Care,
Erica and Kelly
