RE: [fast5] Re: Health Related Question (dizzy - salt intake)

I did go ahead and fasted yesterday (not today, tho) and was ok.

But the day I was dizzy, I was out shopping (grocery), so I was looking at
items lower on the shelves...

Is that something that would pass or could it be I am just low on sodium
(very possible since I rarely use any)?

Having a "woozy" or "dizzy" feeling can also come from lower salt/sodium
intake (usually the
dizzy feeling comes between standing up and sitting down). On other diets
with low salt
intake, they often recommended drinking a few cups of broth other other
low-calorie things
with lower salt intake. If there's something equivalent, that might be
something to try. (Or
just ensuring you're getting enough sodium when you eat.)
