Ditto what everyone else said.
Also: some people (me included) do better when there is more
protein in the diet. For me, fish works wonders. When I have
a nice salmon steak or crispy catfish/talipia or a can of
sardines on crackers, I feel great. Fish is great brain food too:
I used to use it on the day before a final in college.
