Get plenty of protein. I think fish and egg protein are the most satiating.
Avoid sugars if you can, or at least ...eat them LAST. Go for greens first,
then proteins and starches, and last sweets if you are still hungry.
If you get hungry during the day, try some lemon juice in tea or water,
and/or a bit of vinegar in water.
It's better to NOT go cold-turkey. It's hard that way! Do what the book
says, just have break-fast later and later every day.
