Anglo Spanish Chicken - 11.2g Carbs, 4.2g Fiber, 5.3g Sugar

6 chicken thighs
1/2 head cauliflower
Salt
1 can tomatoes, chopped
1/2 lb brussels sprouts
1/4 lb chorizo sausage
3 medium zucchinis

Take a frying pan and add some oil. Fry the chicken thighs, removing the skin, if you want, until they turn a golden brown. Remove the thighs from the frying pan and move them to the slow cooker. Next, chop the sausage and fry for around 3 minutes. After frying, put it in the crock pot as well.

Slice the zucchinis and break the cauliflower into small florets and put them in the slow cooker as well. Also add the brussels sprouts to the crock pot. Add salt and then pour the chopped tomatoes over the ingredients. Set the heat to low and cook for 6 - 8 hours. Serve with a side of baby corn.
