If I could add one thing about the vinegar... make sure it's apple cider vinegar. This has really helped me with the hunger. I put 2 tablespoons and 2 drops of honey in a 16 oz. bottle of water.
Also, I too would HIGHLY recommend easing into this. It's very easy to decide to just wade in, but you may end up convincing yourself to quit before you had a chance to really get going. Just take your time, read the book, and try different tips that you get from people here on this forum.
They will keep you enouraged too.
