Eggs: prepare them however you like them! I like mine over easy, on
a nice corn tortilla. I fry them in MCT ... MCT revs up the metabolism nicely.

I also make pickled eggs ... hard boil them, then put them in leftover
pickle juice. Some people use kalamata juice instead. Anyway, they keep
in the fridge a long time that way.

Easy peel eggs:



I like hard boiled eggs with horseradish as a snack. Egg salad is nice
too.

Crepes are a nice change, albeit a challenge to learn to make. YouTube
videos are good for that! There are a number of good Asian egg recipes.
