Well, not ALL of us are anti-vegetable. Statistically, peoples who eat a lot of vegies are in better health than people who don't, esp. for stuff like colon cancer. The polysaccarides in vegies produce butyrate in the gut, which is good stuff. And they are full of vitamins and antioxidants and such. Plus they taste good, esp. in stir fry. Yumm!
