Soft cheeses have more carbohydrates than hard because of the lactose sugar in milk. Low-Fat/Non-Fat cheeses the most carb-filled of all.

So-called Comedians like Jay Leno relish in holding their heart and faking a heart attack when talking about "junk-food" such as a Bacon Cheeseburger. Truth is, the meats and cheese are the healthy part of the meal and the Bun is the bad thing. People really became fearful of eating at State Fairs a Bacon/Cheeseburger with a Donut as the "bun", not realizing once again that the Meats and Cheese were the Healthy component, and they should have been more concerned with the donut.

Nothing wrong with low carb, non-starchy vegetables as your choice, however.
