2 tsp ground cumin
2 tsp ground coriander
1 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp kosher salt
2 tsp extra-virgin olive oil
1. Mix cumin, coriander, oregano, ginger and salt in a small bowl.
Brush 1/2 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil over each ear of hot corn
and sprinkle with the spice mixture.
Enough for 4 medium ears
