Lemon Glazed Brussel Sprouts - 11g Carbs, 4g Fiber
1 pound brussel sprouts, fresh or frozen
3 tablespoon margarine or butter
1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon soy sauce
Steam brussel sprouts 10 minutes.
Next, melt the margarine or butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the steamed brussel sprouts and saute for 3 minutes. Push the sprouts to the side and add the lemon juice and soy sauce
then mix the sprouts in for another minute or so. Serve immediately.
Makes 4 servings.
