I would love nothing more than to go on this diet, and I've read enough about it to believe in its effectiveness. Unfortunately, I also suffer from chronic pancreatitis and a diet with that much fat probably wouldn't allow me to live long enough to have another seizure. ;-)
The one dietary modification I've made that - I'm convinced - has made a huge difference in the frequency and severity of my seizures is giving up artificial sweeteners. I'm not saying it will work for everyone, but I am totally convinced that it has worked for me.
