[fast5] Re: I buy too much food.

 

Buy fatty meat, and treat everything else such as fruit and vegetables like a dessert (rare treat). I've done the same as you, buying more fresh vegetables or fruit than keeps, so changed habit to not necessarily eat such a variety. After all, it's the Government who says you should have 5 servings a day (fruits & veggies). And I now believe practically nothing they say! In fact, if I believe the Opposite...I'm probably on the mark.

...after all it's only once a year...that's why it's called Intermittent fasting. :-)
