Slow Cooker Rosemary Garlic Mashed Potatoes - 3 pts

2 1/2 red-skin potatoes -- quartered
4 cloves garlic -- sliced
3/4 cup chicken stock -- or turkey stock
1/3 cup sour cream
1/4 cup milk
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
Pepper
Place in the slow cooker. Add garlic, broth and rosemary. Stir. Cook on
high until potatoes are tender, about three to four hours. Pour in milk
and sour cream and mash. Serve immediately or adjust setting to low to
keep warm until you are ready to serve.
