I've been having difficulty getting fruits/veggies into my diet, just because my family never really buys a lot of them. We never have. I just eat normal healthy things, such as granola bars and veggie patties. Great start you're making with the fruits/veggies, though!!
Also, fasting makes me feel powerful, as well. :) I'm not sure what it is, but I really feel a difference.
