Hi,

I am in total agreement, my energy is through the roof and I think clearer, as well. I am more confident, as I feel 100% better and this spills over into all areas of my life. Who would have thought that gaining control over food and your intake could cause such a positive effect in your life. It's also a nice side effect to be complimented (daily) by others about your appearence!
Also food tastes 1000 times better, I'm a lifer
