You'll find the more you live this 'diet', the more your body will actually WANT to keep it up. When I started eating again throughout the day without Fast Five, I literally felt sick. I could definetely feel the difference. Fasting should become a part of everyday life, it's very good for the human body. Good luck on your plan!!
