Duckie's Greek Walnut Salsa

1 1/4 cups tomatoes -- finely chopped
1/2 cup cucumbers -- finely chopped
2 tablespoon olives -- finely chopped
2 tablespoon red onions -- finely chopped
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 teaspoon parsley -- chopped
1/4 teaspoon garlic -- minced
1 pinch oregano -- dried
1/4 cup walnuts -- chopped, toasted

Mix together all salsa ingredients except walnuts until well combined.
Season with salt and pepper; stir in walnuts just before serving.

Makes 2 cups (8 one-quarter cup servings)
