Slow Cooker Pear and Cranberry Crumble - 3 pts

3 Bosc pears -- thinly sliced
3/4 cup fresh cranberries
2 tablespoons light brown sugar
2 tablespoons melted unsalted butter
1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
1/8 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 tablespoon sugar

Spray a 2-quart slow cooker with nonstick spray. add the pears,
cranberries and brown sugar. Stir. Cook for 3 hours on HIGH.

In a small bowl, whisk the butter, oats, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg and
sugar. Sprinkle over the fruit and cook on HIGH for 30 minutes. Remove the
lid and cook an additional 10 minutes on HIGH, uncovered.

Serves 6
