I want to thank everyone for their replies!

What a wonderful group of people!!

This was the 3rd epilepsy group I joined and the only one of the 3

that even posted my email let alone answered it.

I am going to print out all replies for my sister and her daughter.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart!!

I appreciate any and all information you have to share.

I am sorry that all you have such a difficult condition.

So glad to have found this group.

Right now I am sick, (actually in a Yahoo group for my illness)

but if I am well enough I will go to the doctor with her on Friday.

I'll let you know how it goes.

Your experiences are helping me to understand what to expect.

Right now the family is terrified. This will help them to cope.

I have a few other questions:

No one knows what causes this, correct?

Stress seems to make it worse?

Could a large amount of pain medicine cause epilepsy, as she is on a lot of
meds for fibro?

Does the medication zone you out?

How would you know if you passing out from epilepsy or from the meds?

Feel well.
