Healthy Turkey Loaf
1 1/4 pounds lean ground turkey
1/2 cup chopped carrot
1/2 cup finely chopped onions
1/2 cup chopped fresh mushrooms
1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
1/2 cup canned tomato sauce
2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a nonstick loaf pan with vegetables oil spray.
Combine all ingredients and shape into a loaf. Place loaf in prepared loaf pan.
Bake for 1 hour.
Makes 4 servings.
