If you get hungry at night, you likely didn't eat a large enough meal in the daytime. I think more beginners have problems of not eating enough when they are supposed to eat. Remember, you are eating a full day's worth of food, not just a meal.

Not sure about the safety of the plastic but I'll take a 2 liter bottle of water and freeze it hard enough to be able to pound on the sides of the bottle to make ice crystal slushy that I can sip from at night. I'll get dry at night but not hungry.

You need to fast for at least 19 hours straight a day.

I'm confused what you are saying...I only concentrate on a Fasting window of 19 or more hours.
