[fast5] Re: Hot Flashes sure cooled down this List

 

Actually, Barnaby, when I started reading that YOU were down to an hour or so a day, I began to go in that direction. For the last week or so (except the last 2 days), I ate for about 2 hours, not a 5-hour window. Results are that I feel lighter, my energy is higher, I think I eat better, and I have absolutely no cravings outside that window.

The last two days have been tense, so I've been eating up to my window. Result is a weight gain, a general sense of flabbiness and I'm not happy with myself.

Back to the two-hour window!
