i know of these "twitches"as i have them too.i believe they are a type of tremor,as they for me occur in a lot of areas on my face.lately for me it seems to be around my nasal area.if i am not mistaken,tremors are a type of seizure so you may want to check more in depth about it with your dr. .overall i would say for me they are just a minor annoyance.

I have that twitching of my eye also - sometimes wonder if just a nerve or something in the eye ?? Mine does
do the same and comes and goes at different times. I will also get the same twitching in my cheek bone also
and yes the corners of my mouth. What a person should do it keep track of what is happening around the time
it is occurring. I have never related it to epilepsy as never had a seizure with it of any kind. Although I
have never kept track of it for myself I connected it with never twitching. Something interesting to do
though is to keep track of these twitches and see if it happens regularly at any given time.
