Not sure the difference. Probably very little, except it effects one or other side of the body. best suggestion is to ask your neurologist. Good luck. ;)

Can any one tell me the difference between symptoms of Right Tle and Left TLe?the split in fibers is on rt side of my brain my symptoms are SPS and poor balance/coordinatio n/manual dexterity also brief auditory halucinations and "absent mindedness"like Christine w cart but worst is emotional overreactiveness formerly mistaken and mis medicated as bipolar.Currently on Depakote+ Gabapentin Corinna F 59 Florida
