I don't see why it wouldn't sounds pretty similar to some things that have happened to me. I was studying for an insurance license at an online school and one of their graphics was animated. It was similar to patterns on the back of card deck. It was so bad I had to drop the online course because it was always there moving...you couldn't get rid of it.
