Hi,
That's a great idea to share resources like jobs and job opportunities. Yahoo had an article in their news section I think maybe about 2 months ago that mentioned a site that was supposed to have confirmed legitimate work at home opportunities called Home With The Kids http://www.homewith
My situation allowed the time to study and there are a lot of free resources out there. So I'll post the links in case anyone else on the list can make use of them. I started with HTML and then went on to CSS and have been working with a little javascript.

The web tutorials are free. CSS was a little more involved so I did buy a $20 book from Amazon when I was ready to move on called CSS The Missing Manual. I just published my first site for a local business and even if it doesn't work out the way I hope it does on the plus side I did find that it gave me confidence and did seem to improve my memory and cognitive skills (things I had been struggling with recently).
Take care,
Christine

Everyone:
I just found this website: www.oDesk.com <http://www.odesk.
Legitimate work from home opportunities. You can sign up to be a "Freelance
Provider" and apply to however many jobs a day/week it will let you (not
sure how many, but it is not an outrageous amount). Take skills tests, list
all your skills, employment and education histories, licenses and
certifications, et cetera and so on.
You won't make thousands of dollars a day with this site, but you can
definitely make enough to at least pay the bills, and maybe treat yourself
to something small/extra now and then. Plus, it will give something to do
while stuck at home all day.
Hope this helps at least one person (besides me),
Jennifer e.h.
