[epilepsy] Re: Twitching above eye

Twitches are nerves so they would be related to epilepsy in that way; but twitches are also caused by magnesium deficiency. So are cramps. Try using transdermal magnesium flakes in pail of water for 25 minutes eveyday - this is called a footbath . I have my feet in a pail or water with 1 cup of magnesium flakes in it rigth now while I am on the computer. It is easy.

You can also get the transdermal magnesium gel at http://www.ancient-minerals.com/ and put some on your face where the twitch is and leave it on for at least 20 minutes. Do this once a day for a few days and then you can do it twice a day - it would not surprise me if the twitch is gone in less then a week. Your drugs deplete magnesium so to keep it gone you may need to soak your feet 3 or 4 times a week.

It depends on how magnesium deficient you are how long it will take to go away. But you should notice a differnce in less then a week.
