Ohmy gosh, Carolyn, this is what I have been experiencing!
I was trying to join Fast5 with Eat 2 Live; E2L wants you to eat 1 lb of raw
veggies, 1 lb of steamed veggies, your 4-5 servings of fruit, minimum 1 cup
beans, maximum 1 cup starch, no animal protein.
I was still eating my animal protein (but about 1/3 of what I usually take
in, however) but eating all those veggies, I was still hungry.
I'd be interested in seeing a sample menu for a day for you, Carolyn!

as a former vegetarian (and sometimes vegan), I had to eat all day to get in
