as a former vegetarian (and sometimes vegan), I had to eat all day to get in all the fruits,
veggies and protein. I was always hungry. Now I eat a very low carb, high fat, moderate
protein animal foods based diet. I don't eat much meat but I eat a lot of unpasteurized
dairy. What I eat now is so nutrient dense that I don't need to eat as much volume as I
used to eat. This type of diet allows me to easily go for long periods of time without
hunger.
you say you are a new vegetarian. what made you decide to switch to being a vegetarian?
