Thanks! Taking me some getting used to using this forum... My
second day today, coming off a 7 day fast anyhow makes it a no-
brainer. I feel wonderful after 7 days of cleansing, and look
forward to trying this lifestyle. It still makes sense to me after a
night to ponder. Am going to read the Little Book again. Plenty to
chew on in such a small volume!
A 2-7 window works just hunky-dory for me.
I appeared to receive a message from Bert in my Yahoo mail, but was
unable to open it for some reason. If you're getting this, Bert,
thanks again for your good work.
Best,
z2
