Hi Pat,
Yes I drink about 8 cups of water a day and about that much tea.
I don't drink because I am thirsty --just because I need it. I use
the water out of my faucet. I keep both the tea and water in my
refrigerator because I like iced water..
I hadn't thought about it but it is almost a year since my last sz.
My Lifeline is from Greencroft-- where I live -- so maintenance is
there soon. It is also checked every month to make sure it is
working.

Hi Millie, I love your spirit and want to ask 2 favors of you. We all
probably want you to wear your lifeline alert while INSIDE your apartment
too! Also my efforts to help my child have shown me that the older we get
people drink less Water. That effects our energy and also our balance /
equilibrium and blood pressure which helps contribute to many falls
especially in our seniors. Perfect example is that most older folks are
nearly always without question given an IV for electrolyte replacement and
hydration when admitted to hospitals. Dehydration is that common in them.
Are drinking 6 -8 glasses of water a day? So drink up and avoid "purified
bottled waters" when ever possible, drink Spring water if drinking bottled
water. The good news is you are almost seizure free for a year now! Go
girl!
