I know depression is a co-morbidity with epilepsy. Depending upon where the seizures are originating, it's possible they are happening together...they are separate events.

Do you think there is a clear link? Seems to me that if the same meds are used to treat both, then they have got to be related.
But the question is: Does the bipolar create the epilepsy or vice versa.
