I don't drink a lot of coffee but I do enjoy a cup when I get up. I have started to delay my morning coffee and start my day with a cup of water with lemon. this is why: it boosts your immune system, balances your ph, helps in weight loss and aids in digestion plus a few other perks. google "why you should drink water with lemon" and you will find several sites with great info on this subject.
