Hello group,
  
  I fell off of Fast-5 and gained back weight, so I am going on it again. It does really work.
  
  One problem I notice is that I cannot drink tea in the morning without food. I am caffeine sensitive and I shake if I try to have tea. And I can't take tea in the evening. So no more tea.
  
  I need to do my eating in the evening, because dinner is so social for me, I need my social life!
  
  The other problem I have is eating sweets. I think it's better if I lay off sweets, even on fast-5.
  
  Of course, if anyone else here can handle caffeine in the morning, or sweets, go for it!
