[fast5] Re: new to fast 5

hi paul

Good to hear that you found out about fast 5. I have found that during the first couple of days of adjustment the hunger pangs went away if I drank water. With me hunger turned out to be thirst. Take care of drinking enough but don't overdo it.
I also decided to throw away the scales and not check the weight every day. It was a great feeling to notice that clothes were getting too big. No scales needed and more peaceful in my mind when the figures were not 'good'

take care
Miriam
