Hi Millie, I love your spirit and want to ask 2 favors of you. We all
probably want you to wear your lifeline alert while INSIDE your apartment
too! Also my efforts to help my child have shown me that the older we get
people drink less Water. That effects our energy and also our balance /
equilibrium and blood pressure which helps contribute to many falls
especially in our seniors. Perfect example is that most older folks are
nearly always without question given an IV for electrolyte replacement and
hydration when admitted to hospitals. Dehydration is that common in them.
Are drinking 6 -8 glasses of water a day? So drink up and avoid "purified
bottled waters" when ever possible, drink Spring water if drinking bottled
water. The good news is you are almost seizure free for a year now! Go
girl!

Millie,
Oh Millie, no I haden't heard of your seizure or I would have emailed you.
I'm so glad to hear you are better. And oh yea, always remember visiting
you, you showing me around and then going out for pizza. I enjoyed visiting
you (smile)!
Me active? I was more active all the years my seizures wheren't under
control! Back then biking all the time, tennis more days than not. And did
some vacations in the Canadian mountains for a few weks each time. Doing
daily one day
hikes to above the treeline, so beautiful (what great memories)! 1-7 complex
partials for the 20 years before surgery, didn't stop me. Actually I needed
the activity to burn off stress, keep my sanity (huge smile)! Take care
Millie.
