Funny as was just thinking of you the other day..know you say hi now and again on fb. So good to hear you are
still doing all the things...well except for the poison ivy :) that shouldn't be nice to have. When your
epileptologist mentioned the 'tremors to you was he meaning that is a common with people with epilepsy I
wonder. I get it too now and then, sometimes more than others. Course even though still young we must be
getting older.
Must say good here too. Both my hubby and self are retired from work now so can pick up and go where we want
and when, do what we want and when. Sure nice. Been doing a lot of travelling these days and going on road
trip all of Aug. with daughter and hubby out to the east coast of Canada. They are photographers so will have
all their equipment with them and lots of shots taken.

Hi Everybody,

All is good by me. It's been more than 6 1/2 years since I had my LTL, still seizure free (humongous smile)!
I've stayed on my meds, didn't reduce dosages either, my choice. Life has changed beyond words since surgery.
I've been driving 5 years now, just hit 60,000 miles on my cart. Need to make up for the 20 years I couldn't
drive. Still working at the same job in a warehouse, coming on 26 years there in 2 weeks. Very active hiking
every week, 52 weeks a year in a hiking club, I hiked 55 miles on a eastern Kentucky trip by the group with 24
other hikers. Hiked in Wisconsin today and realized I now have poison ivy! A first for me. Also, my
epileptologist made it aware to me a few years ago I'm slowly developing "essential tremers". People have
noticed the past year my hands are shaking more and more. I notice in other ways it's affecting me also. So
who knows how It will increase how it affects me in the years to come?
