[fast5] Re: new to this

I think the biggest change is that I don't eat as much as I used to. I went on vacation with my son in November and I ate with him... breakfast lunch dinner OMG I finally told him I just can't eat that many times a day all day lol. the other change is it seems most people who start fast five realize that if they are only eating a limited amount of food they would prefer it be "good" food. I agree with heather about the eggs. I found a farm not far from here that sells free range eggs for $2 doz (they are $4 doz in stores). I eat a lot more eggs than I used to. they are a great source of protein and more. I have gone thru phases where I am either losing or maintaining. when I am maintaining I still feel successful because I don't think of it as "not losing" but rather I think "not gaining!".
