April,  hate to be blunt, but that is a real lousy diet..  Have you ever really looked at the ingredients.. and those energy bars are usually loaded with sugar. Which is one of the reasons you are eating so much, to keep from having sugar crashes.

Try shopping around the outer wall of the grocery store, that is where the real food is.

Sounds awesome. :) I need to get more veggies/fruits in my diet, I mainly eat things like cereal, tofurky, granola, energy bars. My main problem is eating too MUCH. Like yesterday, for example. I HAVE to keep in control of my eating, otherwise I do binge. :( I want to have a few light snacks, and then close out with a meal, or the other way around.
