I open my window with raw food and broth... It must include protein and
veggies. (I also like to make sure I have something fermented for the
probiotics). I keep it light. Otherwise I get tired from the digestion.
IE Avocado, fermented salsa and nuts
Broth, raw liver, sauerkraut
Broth, raw egg yolk, 2 leaves romaine
Broth, raw oysters, pickles
Then I close my window with a meal.
