Re: [epilepsy] No Cap's

i apologise for any time i have done so. i know that at times i have used all caps on certain words (which i have done with the intention of emphasizing specific things) within posts i have placed.i am a little unsure as to whether this is ok or is this rule a reference to using all caps in the entire post that has been made? i am not only asking this for my knowledge but to help others that may be unsure of this as well. thank you.

Everyone,

One of my rules is no capital letters, that mean "yelling" in Online Language.

Using all caps is considered to be very angry and irate.

This is not how we treat each other.
