Totally Agree.

Drop all the soybeans and grains.

Leafy green vegetables can be ok along with cruciforms like broccoli, cauliflower and cabbage, but fruits are full of fructose Carbs. Fasting lowers insulin level which helps fat loss. You are entirely countering that by eating too many carbs, which Increase insulin levels.

Many will suggest you eat MEAT and animal fats, if you want to get filled up. Eggs are very filling and very good protein and fat ratio. Just caught a Kashi Go-Lean commercial where they have legg's styrofoam pantyhose eggs filled with cereal with only as much Protein as ONE egg. Eat two or three eggs cooked in butter with some bacon.

Sounds like you're a vegetarian so probably won't follow our advice.
