[fast5] Re: Eating schedules?

Most days I eat a full meal to break my fast, then at most have milk or a a little more protein (cheese, liverwurst, bacon, etc) until the next day. Binging...just isn't possible. :) My stomach isn't big enough for it. Whereas snacking or grazing prepares my appetite so that I CAN have a big meal a few hours later, if that makes sense.

Fascinating thing that finally happened to me, after 8 months of eating this way, is I've finally started to experience physical hunger. Up till now, I only knew mental hunger and not-hungry. I knew it was time to eat because, well, I was kinda woozy. My body didn't remember how to tell me!

I usually eat one meal when my window opens at 4pm, then a few snacks, and then I eat another meal at 7pm when my window is closing. It works okay for me, except for tonight when I started bingeing on everything in only one hour of my window opening. :(
