Best to throw away any kind of weight scale and use a tape measure to see your Real fat loss...or gain.
And Totally Ignore the supposed "Healthy Diet" that media always feeds us...High Carb-Low Fat.
Do the opposite of what "authorities" say so you attain lowered insulin levels from the Fasting AND the diet you eat.
And, whatever you do, don't carry your meal in a Thermos Bottle...or the "terrorists" will get you as in today's Christmas Eve "Booga-Booga".

Anyone join me in declaring this Government fear-mongering, B.S.?

I've no desire to get hit by the milk truck, you know?

I realize that a large chunk of the weight loss was water weight, etc. - and I don't really expect that high rate to continue, it's just disappointing to lose, essentially, three weeks of progress. I will go back to the salad/protein thing too - I was eating a lot of salad at first, simply because it tasted so good - I was craving avocado.

Now, it's like - choose ONE. And it's not like I can't have it all - I just can't have it all at one time!
