I'm just curious as to what everyone else's eating schedules look like. Do you eat meals when your window opens, or do you snack? Do you eat one meal, or several? Do you count calories? I usually eat one meal when my window opens at 4pm, then a few snacks, and then I eat another meal at 7pm when my window is closing. It works okay for me, except for tonight when I started bingeing on everything in only one hour of my window opening. :(
What about everyone else?
